the background... 1600 TP, 1.25:1 rockers, 34ict carbs, lecky ignition and fuel pump, everything else stock. The story... i went to the rolling road, the timing got re-set... again and after a bit of fiddling we came to the conclusion there is something wrong, its idling on cylinders 3 and 4...

Ok after getting the engine sorted this morning i'v been told i need to get a ballast coil for the lecky ignition so it doesn't get too hot and die. anyone had any experience of this? what d'you reckon?

ok, twin weber 34ICTs, 1600TP, 1:1.25 rockers... currently the paperwork states .135 main jet and .55 idle jet. when it runs it runs like a bag of shit. worked my way through all the faults i could think of and I'm pretty much down to the jets being miles off, anyone have any suggestions...
