FOR sale is my 1971 VW T2 Westfalia tin top.
This is a genuine early bay camper with disc front brakes.
After buying this small project nearly 2 years ago a busy life and no spare time has made me let it go to someone else.
I bought it with a new mot ready to roll.

So does this mean that I have to put heat exchangers on and a new manifold.

My 71 twin port runs like a pig.
When purchased it ran fine but cut out at every stop.
So after a few tweeks of the carb I got it to idle but when driving it had a really bad flat spot and no power.
Carb off and a good clean out and check over, choke set up and both adjustment...

Still looking for a bay but most I have seen have the pipes from the fan housing blanked off or missing. Some don't even have holes in the tin wear for the pipes to go to the underside. What are they for and are they needed.

No projects as i dont really have time to do major jobs.
Would like a taxed and tested runner with minor imperfections not a problem.
