Check the back of your fuse box. I had a similar issue and it turned out a few of the headlight connectors on the back had hairline cracks in them. They looked okay but refused to stay on, it was only when tightening one it fell apart. I checked the others and at least one other had the same issue.

Hey all, has anyone fitted the above to their bus? I bought my kit about 10 years ago and only just got round to fitting it... but it doesn't fit. I seem to remember the rear hub carrier needed to be machined but I didn't get mine done and would love to chat to anyone that's done this conversion.

Some time in '72 was when the rear valence became a fixed affair. It was at the same time the rear lights changed from oval to tombstone and the rear air vents changed from crescent to a more rectangular shape.

Hey all, So I've just realised I have two sets of rear 1/4 light window rubbers. The oldest new set is from C&C and the newest set made by Wolfsburg West. Has anyone got an idea of which ones I should fit? Both sets are really nicely made. The C&C ones are definitely a more rigid rubber but...

You're not wrong but also I haven't been in a situation to actually do anything so fingers crossed this makes me pull my finger out. :)
