    Do not use a brush to apply this... you will need to spray it... use a cheap pneumatic paint spray gun...

    I would paint it myself... but if you prefer to cover it I would suggest 1/8" foam back headliner... it comes in cloth and would contour to all The curves... whatever you use make sure you use an upholstery grade contact adhesive... NO aerosol adhesive... it will eventually fail.. Good luck 😁

    I have done some research on this years ago... What I read said you don't want to cover it completely... I would do 60 or 70% as The vibrations that cause The noise need barriers to get cancelled out... if you cover it completely The vibrations can continue..

    Rear camber help please

    My son has a 67 type 1 with a weird lean to it.. Slammed with a big turbo motor, you know how these youngsters are... Anyway talking with a local vw guru, he said that it's not unusual for one of the torsion bars to be weaker over time... ? Just a thought....
